RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


HOW LONG DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We offer a 90-day right of return. This means that if you contact our Customer Service within 90 days of receiving your products, you have the right to return your purchase.




HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Contact our Customer Service with your order number. We will contact you, give you a return shipping label and instructions for making the return. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email that we send you.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MAKING RETURNS?

We will refund you after subtracting € 4.95 for the return.

CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we do not offer changes. If you want to exchange an item, it is handled as a normal return. That is, you have to return the items you want to exchange so that we can refund the money. You must then place a new order on our website for the items you want.

I NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT!

If, by mistake, we send you the wrong items or if any of the products you receive is defective, obviously, you can return them to us at no cost. Contact our Customer Service with your order number and a photo and we will help you right away.
